The Home

The large two story, 100-year-old farmhouse has recently been restored and updated. While it has been upgraded with modern amenities, the home has kept the warm, country charm and has a mid-century, modern feel. Some furniture, wall hangings, and décor remain from the early 1900’s through the 1960’s.

This home features four bedrooms, hosts eight individual beds, and has one and a half bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have individual twin beds, while one bedroom has one full size bed. At the top

of the wide, grand staircase there is a landing with a sitting area.

On the first floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and gadgets. The dining room features a buffet area with coffee and some breakfast items.

There is a laundry room for use during your stay. 

 

The main attraction, the craft room, provides ample space for each guest’s creative side to run wild.

There are some supplies available for use.

The retreat offers high speed fiber optic WiFi internet. A separate heating and central air cooling system has been installed upstairs for climate controlled comfort in the sleeping areas. Ceiling fans are located in the kitchen, dining area and living room downstairs.

 

NOTE : There are steps from the entrance to the first floor, as well as, steps to all bedrooms on the second floor. The retreat is NOT handicap accessible. Unfortunately the facility is unable to accommodate pets or service animals of any kind.
